Australian Shipping

• All orders ship from my studio in Melbourne, Australia

• Standard shipping is available Australia-wide and is $6.95 per order

Orders over $55 receive FREE shipping via Australia Post Regular Parcel Service

• For all orders you’ll receive tracking so you can follow your parcel every step of the way

• Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days (since everything is handmade by me 🤍)

Express Shipping

Express Post is available at checkout for faster delivery and is $12.95 per order

• We use Australia Post’s Express service as the quickest option

• Processing times remain 2–4 business days, but delivery is prioritised

Lost, Delayed & Damaged Parcels

Once your parcel is lodged with Australia Post, delivery times are outside my control — but I will always help where possible.

If your parcel seems delayed or missing, please contact me and I’ll assist with tracking support.
