✨About the Jewellery
Are your earrings handmade?
Yes! Every pair is lovingly handcrafted in small batches in my home studio.
I design, mix, sculpt, sand, seal, assemble, and package everything myself — no mass production here.
What materials do you use?
My jewellery is made from:
- High-quality polymer clay
- Artist-grade resin
- Hypoallergenic, nickel-free steel posts & hooks
- Lightweight pigments, glitters & inclusions
Everything is chosen for comfort, durability, and sparkle.
Are your earrings hypoallergenic?
Yes — all earrings use nickel-free, lead-free, hypoallergenic findings suitable for sensitive ears.
Are your earrings heavy?
No. Polymer clay & resin pieces are designed to feel weightless, even in larger statement shapes. You can comfortably wear them all day.
Do your earrings break easily?
Polymer clay is flexible and durable, but like all handmade jewellery, it needs gentle care. Avoid bending or dropping pieces, and store them safely when not in use.

How do I care for my earrings?
Keep them away from water, perfumes, lotions and extreme heat. Store them in a cool, dry place, and handle gently.
Can the earrings get wet?
A quick splash won’t hurt, but it’s best to avoid showering, swimming, or sleeping in your earrings to keep them looking their best.
How do I clean them?
Use a soft cloth or makeup wipe to gently remove any makeup or dirt.
For resin pieces, a microfibre cloth works beautifully to restore shine.
📦Shipping & Orders
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping Australia wide via Australia Post.
For orders over $55 we offer FREE Shipping via Australia Post Standard Parcel Post.
Orders under $55 are charged as follows:
- Regular shipping is $6.95 per order
- Express shipping is $12.95 per order
How long will my order take to ship?
Processing is 2–4 business days, plus shipping time selected at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes — tracking numbers are provided with all parcels.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! Express options are available at checkout. Express Post is $12.95 per order.
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage I only ship Australia wide.
✨Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
For hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns on earrings unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If something arrives broken, please contact me within 2 business days with photos so I can organise a repair, replacement, or refund.

Is your packaging gift-ready?
Yes! Every pair is presented on a branded card, wrapped in tissue with a hint of sparkle, and tied with a satin bow. Perfect for gifting straight out of the bag.
Can I add a gift message?
Absolutely — just add your message at checkout and I’ll include a handwritten note.
