If something isn’t quite right with your order, I’m here to help.

Below you’ll find a clear outline of how returns, refunds, and order issues are handled.

What Can Be Returned?

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

However, if your jewellery arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are absolutely covered.

Please contact me within 14 days of delivery, and I will happily arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos (if possible)

I’ll take care of it promptly - no stress, no awkward back-and-forth.

Change of Mind Returns

Because jewellery is worn on the body, change-of-mind returns are not accepted for earrings.

If you’re unsure about sizing, colour, or style before ordering, I’m always happy to help you choose - just send me a message.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom or personalised pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless the item is faulty.

I’m always happy to share progress photos if needed, so you feel confident before your piece is posted.

Refund Processing Times

Once approved, refunds are processed promptly.

Please allow 3–5 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
