Every piece at Katie Tilson Studios is handmade with so much love, care, and colour. If something isn’t quite right, I’m here to help! Below you’ll find a clear and friendly breakdown of how returns, exchanges, and order issues work.

What Can Be Returned?


Due to hygiene reasons, I can’t accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless there is a fault with the product.

If your jewellery arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and I will happily fix or replace it.

If Your Item Arrives Faulty or is Incorrect

I want you to absolutely love your order. If something isn’t right, please contact me with:

• Your order number

• A clear description of the issue

• Photos, if possible

I’ll organise a replacement or refund right away — no stress 💛

Change of Mind Returns

Because jewellery is worn on the body, change of mind returns aren’t available for earrings.

Please check sizing and product details before ordering — or message me if you need help choosing!

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom designs and personalised pieces are non-returnable unless faulty.

I’ll always send progress photos if needed so you feel confident before it’s posted ✨

Refund Processing Times

Once approved, refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
